Would take Fazal over Waqar, much more variety, while Waqar is really just strictly a vastly inferior Imran, and eases workload for both Imran and Wasim.

Yeah, but it tends not to be as severe as these two guys. Which makes sense because the vast majority of away fixtures are going to use Kookaburra, not one of the variant balls, and so at least that one factor you don't have to adjust for.
