Stokes' probably better that his numbers, but it's still Jadeja, and will remain that way.

True Stokes has taken 52 wickets in last 43 matches and he bowls an average of 10 overs per match. He was bowling pretty decently in last couple of matches. He could have a chance with some stat-padded wickets that he got in the 2nd test vs NZ.

In an ideal world, their numbers would be,

Bat Avg,

Stokes 37, Jadeja 33

Bowl Avg,

Stokes 33, Jadeja 28

Both are excellent in their home conditions but Jadeja is perhaps more dominant. Away from home, they are probably equivalent.
