Ben Stokes documentary on Amazon Prime

I got around to watching it last night and thought it was time well spent. Stokes is brutally candid about his recent struggles, and the passages about his father are, as you would expect, genuinely moving. You can see how he would be an inspirational figure leading the test side, but I don't know how long he will feel able to do the job. His interactions with Archer make you wish that he'd been given the job a couple of years ago. Root, Broad and Buttler came across really well.

Did they film it in a 6x8 foot cell in Pentonville road gaol?

Saw a trailer for it, it actually looks very good

Norwood's on Fire
They really will make a documentary on anyone won’t they?
Yes, anyone. Not the English cricketer who has produced the most iconic moments in the biggest matches, and not our captain, with quite the backstory…

who was the Aussie who was taunting Rooty with "another start he didn't convert",,,,better not have been Warner who got 2 runs that series?

Literally anybody on the face of the planet can be made to seem like a great person with enough sympathetic editing

Except you, possibly Burgey.......and most definitely cnerd. So no, not everyone mate.
I featured in a seven part miniseries on channel nine in 1995 and it peaked as the fourth most watched show on Aus TV at that time. Reviews were very positive, I’ll have you know .
