He reminds me of DK. I remember posting about how good a keeper he was in his early days here on CW, and I think one of the older posters, maybe Sanz, explained how he was actually not getting into great positions as a keeper or have great basics, but he was doing well simply on account of how athletic he was. Jurel seems a lot of that, everytime he has done impressively as a keeper, it has been his athleticism than genuine great keeping skills or basics.
Yeah he seems to be late in reading where the ball is going and then tries to rescue it last second. Pant on the other hand knows where the ball is going much sooner.
Haha Pant is good but I dont think either is particularly better than the other. Pant is good against seamers esp down the leg side but has had problems since his comeback agaist spin. Jurel seems more reliable against spin but visibly worse against pace.

Yeah I was especially talking about against pace. But yes, against spin, Pant's regressed significantly.
