    Yeah, was a very strange system back then. Didn't Carlton go through undefeated in 95? Edit: No, they went through 20-2, with losses to Sydney and St Kilda in rounds 8-9 respectively. Awesome team that year.

    Playing spans was the reason Liber and Jakovich hadn't already been put in, but happy to put them in and let the public decide. EDIT: Which is stupid, because Jakovich played under 2004 - had in my head that he finished up circa 1998, and that Carey outlasted him. :confused:

    9:10 would have been one of them - it was three quarter time in the footy. Perhaps I was simply unlucky, I think around 4:55 sounds right as well.

    Yeah, big wrap for Wellingham. He's always shown glimpses, but he's slowly turning himself into a good AFL footballer. As he'd want to after losing us a major sponsor (TAC).

    Meh, we were a kick away from a grandfinal in 2007, and we're in the top four at the moment. We've as good a chance as anyone apart from Geelong and St Kilda, which is to say only a slim chance at this point.

    Good first half from the Pies. We should be further ahead - Sydney kicking some ridiculously arsey goals, esp. in the first quarter. Crapping myself about Pendlebury - if he's done his knee, that's this season done for us - we might still make the finals, but we can't threaten for the flag...
