    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

The point of all this is these are the two dodgiest sides in world cricket. It's like Al Capone playing the Kray Brothers and we're sup[posed to work out who the honest brokers are. The answer, of course, is neither of them. But it's an Ashes year so India deserve support on this occasion.
  2. Burgey

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

You don't think this equally applies to the hosts? India should still be favourites here. Fourth innings chases shouldn't be easy but they need one decent partnership. If they lose a couple early though, they'll really struggle. Pant is the obviously the key. If he bats for 90 minutes or so...
  3. Burgey

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

India should still be favourites. They only need one half decent partnership and they're home and hosed.

He's had a fair amount of luck, as anyone who lasts in these conditions needs to, but this has been a really important fighting knock from Green here. He's done well this test in tough counditions.

He's playing for England at Lord's, that's how. The Poms love to claim a half volleyed dismissal at the home of cricket.

No third umpire should ever deny a fielder a catch after they allowed Joe Root's this week. What a disgrace that was.

FMD Green. Two full bungers he should have put away easily.

Good seed that. Should have been forward though
  9. Burgey

*Official* Australia Tour of West Indies 2025

Yeah he's 19 ffs. He needs at least a full season if not two to work on his game. Otherwise he risks being permanently damaged by being persisted with short term when he's plainly not ready.

Jeez that's a bad drop. Smith of all people.

  13. Burgey

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

For those who were up through the night, did Pauline Lennon sort of suddenly disappear from the site from about the 12th over of the Indian second dig?
  14. Burgey

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

Gee Shubman Gill has reverted to mean after that recent purple patch, hasn’t he?
  15. Burgey

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

Gee Jamie smith has really reverted to mean after that little purple patch, hasn’t he?

    Well. Well. Well.
  17. Burgey

    3rd Test (Lord’s) - 10 July to 14 July

FTB and a hack slogger who can’t cop it bored up him. Will be lucky to still be in the side by the end of the Ashes.
