*** Official *** - The Big One : Zimbabwe in South Africa

Cricinfo is saying De Kock should only have a hamstring strain, which requires 7-10 days recovery. If so, he could be fit in time for the first test, or at most just miss the first test and be fit for the rest of the series. Hopefully he recovers quickly.

Damn. So how serious is De Kock's hamstring injury? That will really mess up the team balance. I would love to see him back by the Cape Town test, but given that it's a hamstring problem, I'm not sure he'll recover in time.

***Official*** India in South Africa 2017/18

Shakib has 2 fivefers in South Africa, while Ashwin has yet to take even a wicket there (conceded 108 runs). Pulling a Shakib seems to be well beyond him.

England disintegrating like in 2013-14 Ashes - Johnson

Oh sure, man. You guys were singing the same old song before the 2016/17 series too. Did Starc take " 21 wickets at 18" against a lineup with an out of form Amla and no De Villiers? Also remember the hilarious predictions of how Philander would be smashed out of the series by rampant OZ batsmen...

BCCI. Saviors or enemies of cricket?

What's to decide? Of course they're bad.

Could Nathan Lyon break Shane Warne's wicket tally?

Good thing he'll be playing against South Africa in South Africa then...

Could Nathan Lyon break Shane Warne's wicket tally?

No. He'll back to be considered mediocre in a few months.

First Off-spinner (in a half sleeve shirt) in years to take 300 test wickets...

Ah yes, the great Ashwin demonstrates his class by running through a poor Sri Lankan lineup on a day five pitch at home, with dominating figures of 1/126. What? Oh.:p

    ***Official*** 2nd Test at Adelaide

Welp, didn't expect Sri Lanka to put up a better fifth day display than England, but here we are.

Oh man, if Australia contrive to lose from here.

De Villiers vs. Kohli: Mother of all ODI comparisons

ABDV by a country mile. Kohli's mythical chasing ability only shows in situations like a flat Hobart pudding against Sri Lanka in a meaningless tri series match. Put him in a knockout match in the World Cup or Champions Trophy and he'll fold every time. As proven just a few months ago. Got...

    ***Official*** 1st Test at Brisbane

Remember the heady days of 2016 when Woakes was a better bowler than Philander, one of the best all rounders in the game and an automatic pick in a World eleven?

***Official*** India in South Africa 2017/18

Can't wait. Hopefully all three of Steyn, Philander and Rabada are fit and raring to go. We've only seen that combination in what? Three matches or so?

Who do you neutrals want to win?

Nah, just England, Australia and India. The Big Three.
  19. T

Who do you neutrals want to win?

What? No "I want both of them to lose" option? Because, that's my pick.
