    While the match and spot fixing is a concern...is the biggest issue here that it took 6 years from McCullums testimony for any action to be done....and that only because a newspaper leaked the vincent story. What confidence can a player get when they report something to see the same individuals...

    Awhile ago John Bracewell made the pea hearted comment about Ian Butler. I reckon Southee is more suitable for that. When the pitch is doing plenty, he looks a world beater, when its not he really struggles and looks discouraged...and batting, he has no fight, anything short he will just slog it...

    to be fair on Devcich, he is the only guy with decent power and can bowl offspin (who isnt named Nicol) that I wouldnt want focusing on tests
