*Official* New Zealand in Australia 2022

Allen in for Guptill, Phillips in for Bracewell. Thank goodness.

I agree, first game especially was brilliant, had all the ebbs and flows that T20 doesn't have.

Cairns rolling out pitches ensuring the immolation of ODI cricket.

Sears, Allen and Phillips gotta be in next game.

In his defence there hasn't been too many games since the 2019 WC, was pretty much the reason we got over the line against England in the T20 WC SF last year and had a couple of nice finishes against Windies in T20 and ODI. Reckon he's worth it to come off every now and again.

And now Mel Jones blatantly missed the inside edge on snicko? Hahaha commentary.

Two games in a row they've put up the lowest ODI scores for Australia, and twice in a row Haddin has misidentified the 148 in 2016 as the World Cup pool game.

I cannot agree with you more. If they're not gonna play Allen at the top, then Phillips should be automatic pick at 6 for me. In fact, he's probably automatic pick in all 3 formats for mine now.

I still think Allen at the top with Guptill and Conway at 4 is ideal, Allen might hit a quickfire 20-30 which could be the difference on these kind of surfaces.

Trying to bowl a short ball when they need 1 to win seems .... dumb.

The game would be over if there hadn't been abnormally long cramp breaks hahaha.

I was wondering when his allegiance to the Bracewell's was going to rear its head.

    Yep Neesham at 7 imo.

Pretty rough on Finn Allen, and Michael Bracewell at 6 is an absolute joke. Especially ahead of Phillips. Bracewell should be backup for Santner at best. With the 2023 World Cup around the corner, Conway at 4 and Latham at 5 is much more safe to me.

massive surprise, given he wasn't even on the original draft list... haha

maybe in T20, but Stoinis over Marsh all day in ODI's. Is weird that he's not bowling though.
