    Javed Miandad vs Ravindra Jadeja

Jadeja is grossly overrated. His away record as a bowler is just not up to par.

Your ATG team pace bowling trio

Macko, Wes and Steyn. Immy would be there as an AR but strictly 3 from those listed. Wasim gets in for the LH variation.

Match #43- Super Eights, India vs Afghanistan (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 20th- Group 1

I am not Indian. 😄 My posting history is clear. I am just making an honest assessment of their talent level which has been consistently high for 2 decades now.

Match #43- Super Eights, India vs Afghanistan (D), Kensington Oval, Barbados-- June 20th- Group 1

India are not doing great atm but they have a certain energy about them. Should they be bundled out, you almost expect them to defend it whatever it is. Testament to the quality they have had over the last 20 years.

CB Fry is a must in any team if we're considering all areas including social.

    Hanif Mohammad vs Martin Crowe

Hanif played on uncovered wickets as an opener. This is not close.

    Jeff Thomson vs Bhagwat Chandrasekhar

I would take Thommo in my XI before a lot of others. He was a devastating bowler.

The greatest non-allrounder at their non-specialist discipline

Akram was close to a perfect cricketer. Absolute gem.

*Official* Windies Team for the World Cup

Definitely much improved in T20s at least.

Group A - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, United States

Pakistan should first try to find 6 decent bats - you can find modern T20 bats as stage 2. Just 6 guys who can actually hold a bat first.

Group A - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, United States

Worse batting line up in the world by far. Including most of the associates.

Group A - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, United States

So new guy new guy new guy Babar new guy Rizwan + new AR (not Shahdab Khan) new quick/seamer spinner Naseem Shaheen Folks more aware of Pk's domestics can fill some names in. Obviously fitness is key. Is there much talent at the U19 level?

Group A - India, Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, United States

Pakistan need to start from scratch in T20s. The upside is the core bowling line up is (a) good and (b) young which means part of the equation is salvageable. The batting however is a joke - technically crap and mentally shot. IDK Pakistan's domestic scene well but there must be young guys under...
