    I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't mind the Allen-prototype opener at all in T20s. Yes I'd prefer him to have a closer look for swing in his first 2-3 deliveries faced but even if he comes off once every 4 innings or so, he'll likely win his side the game when he does.

    Possibly although I was surprised to learn he recently turned 32, so with the current selection regime who knows. I somehow figured he was 35ish (fields like a 55 y/o) & forgot he made his test debut aged 20.
