Well yeah. But even after those two tons, you're still getting comments like How much value can you get from 7 overs per innings? Can't see much bang for your buck there.

Right, I'm going to spit it out. The whole Shane Watson thing - I don't get it. Any of it. The noises are that he's only still in the side because of his bowling, but that's a negligible contribution. He's bowling 14 overs a Test during these back to back Ashes series, and has taken 6 wickets...

I remember him being an 85-88 man at his peak. Don't ever recall him hitting 90 though.

There is no evidence at all from Bresnan's career to support this. He's never been a 90 mph bowler. Especially not since his elbow injury.

    Our treatment of KP

Regardless of what you think of KP as a batsman and how he is rated (I reckon - and have for about 3 years - that Bell is a better batsman, for the record), you can't really deny he's a genuine star.

SpofforthLohman is being extremely mean. Taunting us with "England have this one in the bag already" whilst knowing full well that, on current form, the chances of us making more than 70 in the second dig are pretty damned poor. Cut me deep, that one.
