***Official*** Australia in South Africa + South Africa in Australia 2016/17

D/N cricket is tough for the viewer. Years of endless 'better to bat at 2pm tomorrow' observations ahead.

That's about as long as our batting line up can last anyway.

Josh Kennedy for the Norm Smith. He was godlike against the Crows, such a gun contested mark.

Actually I don't mind, just want to steer clear of the GWS.

Hey Mate, Let me know when you would be free to catch up for a beer sometime in the next week or so, possibly when Spikey is available too.

No problem, I'll just have to avoid bingo night.

My brother in law works there so we caught up for dinner, plus I live in Concord so not too far away.

Spotted a few GWS players around Balmain last night so they must have been excited about the Brownlow coverage. They seemed pretty together for a mad Monday.

At lest Richmond are getting a mention in GF week.

Beveridge has done an amazing job. Credit to McCartney also for the development of the players prior.

The public holiday will be great in Victoria. People can hit the streets to hate on Sydney.

It's classic Richmond. They can even get a coup right. Off-field is going well but I don't think you can have the coach and club setting expectations so high for the season and then there not being tension when it doesn't pan out and the coach stays. It cost Sanderson his job at the Crows, even...

Surprising move. Once the older players retire the hawks will have to bottom out. You would think a team like Dees/Pies/Saints is where it's at in the next 5 years.

Takes the steam out of the takeover ticket now. I reckon on the couch, Hiscock was made to look a bit silly by Dunstall. If he thinks the coach is getting the game plan wrong, why wouldn't they sack him? Would Hardwick really hang around if he was going to be given direction from above about...

I'd back the GWS with the week off. 20 A graders on their list and they are getting good results consistently against quality sides now.

Feels so dirty barracking for the Pies today. If the Hawks win the flag from here it will be one hell of an effort. Lol, after the AFL decision the Swans are playing at ANZ anyway. It will be good to have such a big game between the two clubs but I reckon the Swans are just too good right now.

Disappointing way for Boomer to bow out and it's a shame he can't play on until 40! Can't think of a club that would recruit him though as I'm not sure he will be the icing on the cake of a premiership 22. The expansion teams are beyond the phase of looking for mature player/coaches now I think.
