Well obviously you have to promote them eventually, I think ideally you wanna promote the odd 18yo towards the end of the season rather than having a bunch of them being promoted at once when they all hit 19.

But there are some advantages of doing it this way as you get more experience points and overall you train more players and there should have more money down the track. Mind you your top players might have lower skills, so I address that as I go. Might just put more money into seniors or something. |
