Those were the only 5 pops, but fair gun ones. Was thinking about giving the following guy a run in the First XI, but with Fuard double popping, i dont really see a point:

Code:
Endurance	dreadful Training	Bowling Technique
Batting dreadful Bowling ordinary
Technique	capable Power poor
Keeping dreadful Fielding	ordinary
Also my Youth Academy popped to Excellent today. Was hoping that would give me a decent Pull, but all it gave me was a 16yr old Ordinary Fast bowler, who will one day make a bit of money for my squad, but probably never play.

Some good pops today.

Also, my 17yo Dutchman popped to average bat and ordinary technique. (Given that the rest of the team are all Zimboks, with the exception of Wilkes, it might be trouble when internationals come around.)

And yay youth pull.

Interesting YP:

Team (Youth) Scaly Piscine CC Talents Gifted (Bowling), New Ball Bowler
Bats Right hand batsman Bowls Left arm Fast medium
Wage $656 Rating 13,874

Good talents, but just a bit crap too unfortunately.

Anyway had 9 pops, 1 stamina, 3 batting - 2 average 1 reasonable (including the guy I'm about to promote and the guy that's replacing him in the Youth side), 1 bowling - reasonable and finally 4 in technique.

With all my top youth players in seniors now, the youth squad looks quite average. Primary wise seniors and youth are about the same, seniors just have better tech and endurance. Kountouri is my YP, I got a couple other average bowlers, but we really lack fast bowlers in the squad so I picked him ahead of the two average spinners.

Im going to keep all my youth players in the Youth squad until they turn 19, dont see the point in promoting them early, although i am pumping money into my youth academy, currently at excellent, so that is the main reason ill keep them there.

Well obviously you have to promote them eventually, I think ideally you wanna promote the odd 18yo towards the end of the season rather than having a bunch of them being promoted at once when they all hit 19.

End of over 5 (10 runs) - Zero Pillars and Hero Fillers(67-0) RR 13.40
Stobo 27 (16b) , Habeebullaah 39 (15b) , Kamburugoda 1-0-10-0

Ah bots, what would i do without you. Kamburugoda just bowled the tidiest over of the innings thus far.

Main reason I did that was cus I had half my good U19 players in seniors and youth. We had 3-4 good guys at start, which was strange. Didn't see the point in having half in one squad and half in the other squad. Atleast this way I can see what my best side now and develop players to fill the holes. I was finding it really hard to figure out who were long term players the other way. If it wasn't for the fact we started with 3-4 in seniors, then I would have done it the way you did.

Was more down to situation then some tactical thing. But there are some advantages of doing it this way as you get more experience points and overall you train more players and there should have more money down the track. Mind you your top players might have lower skills, so I address that as I go. Might just put more money into seniors or something.
