Yeah, think one of the ones I saw was a Pakistani athlete. Obviously they're thrilled to be there, and rightfully so. I just know I'd feel slightly agreived if I was losing by that margin though

I saw a Kiribati athlete about 20 metres behind in one of the 100m men's heats. Why bother, I say...

Was the biggest race in his career to date though, imo.

Bronze for Australia in the 20km walk, but Tallent apparently isn't happy with the winner. The slowest 100m result was Shanahan Sanitoa, of American Samoa, who clocked 12.60 seconds in Heat 5. My PB is 12.32...
