  • I did it quite a while ago but from memory the essay question was based around how Beyond a Boundary revealed imperialism through cricket or something. like i mentioned before, my main points were on how cricket became both a mode of imperialism for the British through the implementation of british customs etc but also a vehicle towards greater independence and freedom through it.
    Been doing a bit of digging have you?

    I focused on the way in which cricket was a mode of imperialism but also became a method of freedom.
