Whatever it takes!!!
Whats this all about
Think the Durham forum thing?

Anyways, I think England deserve to win this game coz outside of that one catch, Brook and Root partnership was chanceless. I think we have had some badluck esp. with the toss and while you guys are playing with 10 this game we were doing so both in Lords and OT due to the Pant injuries. But I think we lost because of our fielding and lower order batting at Headingley, one very bad session of batting on day 4 at Lords and now one bad day of bowling on day 4 at Oval. The side has gone better than what I thought though and some good signs for the future.

Gill and GG have to get far better at the tactics especially though. Need to find a way to play Kuldeep regularly. If Akash can remain fit, Akashdeep, Kuldeep, Bumrah and Siraj is a nice bowling line up who can also give some depth to batting with hopefully Washy and Jaddu/NKR at 6 and 7. If Jaddu does call time soon, I think the only real spot up for grabs would be the #3.

The problem is I dont think Akash will be fit enough to be a regular in the side. I hope to God GG is right about Harshit as he will solve a lot of problems for us. A natural 3rd seamer and a guy who can make runs at #8.

Prediction: We’ll lose 3 wickets, Smith will marshal the tail, he’ll call for a two that’s never on with 2 to win, and a Jadeja throw from absolutely nowhere seals a tie!

Think we will win asia cup( because pak sl and ban are crap t20 teams) and bcci will market gambhir as second coming of jose mourinho and we(indian fans) will forget about england tour and gambhir will destory our red ball team further

Whatever transpires tomorrow this has been one of the most enjoyable series in England in a long time. I have to say on a personal level I would normally be desperate for England to win but given circumstances this year I am finding it hard to think it matters that much in the grand scheme of things.

First time I've felt like that over cricket but I know I won't feel the same come November and Ashes.
