India has to play Kuldeep. It’s their only shot at pulling off a win.

most likely the next test draws as well, both the bowling’s are cooked and there are class bats on both sides
Will be another road, you can almost bet on it. Have to force a result by playing fast and picking out and out proper bowlers.

Kuldeep
Arshdeep
Akashdeep
Siraj/Bumrah

They picked trundler Kamboj over Prasidh Krishna, which tells you how much confidence they have left in Prasidh. So he's out.

Loser Gambhir ruined the whole match by picking useless no rounder Thakur and 125 Kmph trundler Kamboj. Management is surely blind that they picked these two over Kuldeep. Imagine if he leaves Kuldeep out again... (after this bowling debacle).
Khamboj might be excused here despite his terrible bowling, it can be intimidating for any cricketer to play the first Test for their country.

Thakur's decline is surprising. He was our "Philander Lite" five years ago with his all-rounder skills.

Stokes was very salty, but putting on Brook just made sense, why risk your frontline bowlers when the game was up?
To me it seemed that Stokes main intention in using Brook as a bowling option was to make Jadeja and Sundar feel bad for scoring their hundreds. He even told Jadeja more or less that his hundred doesn't mean much cause he's facing Harry Brook, that was really unnecessary.

Nah, Stokes wanted to keep his key bowlers fresh and not overwork them unless necessary.

His saltiness is understood though, dead wicket and no success despite best efforts from them.
