Loved him as a kid living in Zimbabwe, where mid-90’s WCW wrestling shows were one of the few things to watch on ZBC. Obviously turned out to be a bit of a ****, but doesn’t seem to be any worse than that. RIP.

Personally, and I'd never miss an opportunity to attack him, having heard the takes from Bischoff and others as to what went down at BATB 2000 I don't actually think he did much wrong there

Yeah, same. It takes a lot to make Hogan the (shoot) face in anything. But somehow Russo managed it. What a ****.

Here in Kenya it was his work with Sid 'Justice' Eudy in WWF reruns on KBC, that me and my bro would try to watch from the corridor, being as it was past our bedtime.

Well I guess the Cena heels turn is done. Probably for the best tbh. Though I didn't hate it at all, certainly not as much as the majority seemed to anyway.

I actually hope he keeps the belt now. Whether he'll be able to hang onto it and retire with it as a face strikes me as a much more compelling story than whether he'll have steal it away from everyone forever as a heel.

Surprised the whole Triple H White House/Trump thing isn't a bigger controversy. Or his recent comments on Vince's misconduct.

What did he say? Trips always stuck me as the guy who simply sails with the wind without much principles. Always thought online fans were giving him way too much credit.

Dude's doing a full on entrance at the white house for his maga arrangement.

The Sports Agents — whose host stressed that McMahon has always denied the allegations — asked Levesque how WWE has dealt with the fallout of the situation.

“For us as a company, creative, you know, all we can do is move forward. And allegations are allegations, right? It’s a complicated relationship for anybody in life,” Levesque said. “Nobody is perfect. But accusations are made, and that’s a whole legal thing that is totally separate and aside from what we do.

what's there to say? it's a maga company. they don't make any attempt to hide it. HHH is terrible at answering questions with any kind of heat to them but if he hasn't learnt to deal with it by now, he probably never will. this is the guy who said he hadn't read the lawsuit lodged against his company (at a time that he was a board member of the company). he doesn't care and why should he, he doesn't face any repercussions.

it's an evil place but anyone watching WWE in 2025 knows this and they either don't care about it at all, or they're willing to trade it off with what WWE as a company offers them, no different to the other trade offs we all make in life. it is what it is.

really I just assumed Nick Khan was going to bump Triple H off when Khan got sick of him and/or needed a fall guy for something, but they really do seem to be trying to build Triple H up as some kind of Dana White/Vince McMahon figure.

It's not often I'm genuinely surprised at how fake and full of **** people are. I guess I just expected more people within the company to take issue with it. Or even outside of it, it just feels like a small-moderate story, just another day. CM Punk virtue signalling about everything and anything during his time in AEW to now happy crying on WWE docs with Triple H, the guy that's standing around Trump and glazing him, it surprised even me lol.

yeah but even Punk doesn't even bother trying to hide that he tried to get back into WWE in 2018 or whenever the SmackDown on Fox thing started. by the time the AEW stuff ended it was crystal clear he never wanted to be there instead of WWE. Vince just said no. and obviously at that time Linda McMahon was part of the Trump admin, as she is today. Punk's willing to trade off his virtue signalling for the pay cheque.

On a lighter note and from behind the sofa (because its not hip to like AEW apparently). But the whole way they have treated the Young Bucks is hilarious. Although one cant go below absolute jobbers in regards to entrances

I think its disappointing but these guys have to lead their lives and they are no different to the various other companies who have given up their moral compass to please 47.
