Whatever it takes!!!
Yeah excellent session there from England. I was pretty happy with India getting 358 but that start, especially the first half hour giving away 40 in like 7 overs really put us on the backfoot. And they have Bazballed since then.

Yeah but he was almost done anyway. Looking to the future, none of these guys we've seen over the last six months (Rana, Krishna, now Kamboj) inspire confidence. Akash is fine with the new ball but needs to develop some skills once the shine's off.
While the distinction between new ball bowlers and old ball bowlers isn’t as important as top order and middle order batters, you still need someone to get the most out of the new ball, Bumrah for all of his many, many strengths isn’t as good with a new cherry for some reason, likewise England haven’t managed to make the most of the new ball neither this series

some of you lads need to stop wetting yourselves. one really equals two when playing england because ollie pope has already had his his allocation of one good innings per series.
The threads are like this all the time now from both sets of fans. I mean wildly exaggerating the other way doesn't have a better air of authenticity either.

I gather that no one has the interest to post 'England are in a pretty good position though it's still early in the test', since being dull and accurate isn't the most engaging thing to say, but surely there's more ideas out there than the bedwetting.

well Old Trafford is supposed to be a road, this looks like it should be a good first innings lead and the series in the bag! Come on England
