Yeah, this is a nonsense. That said over 100 runs for the session is pretty good for England. I am guessing that 350 might be a par or so score.

Can't be doing with that seamless bland ball, no wonder it doesn't change shape
The new Kookaburra is a far better ball than either the old Kookaburra or the sponges that Dukes have been rolling out for the past three English summers

Smith 1048 runs at 61.65 2 tons and 6 half centuries.

Jamie Smith is going to be better than Adam Gilchrist if not already

Aussies will loathe to hear this but Smith is doing things that Gilly could only dream off and he's still young and Improving

Once Crawley eventually finally meets his fatal demise, we will see Smith up the order and playing with a solid upper order
