Normally, I'm all for being mentally tough and sticking it in your opponents noses.

However getting the record against Zimbabwe the way Hayden did, just feels a bit weaker I guess, so I can understand.

Plus you know, declaring like that whilst not out would look better than somehow getting dismissed in the next 30 odd runs

Hayden kept trying to get out but they wouldn't catch him

Jaiswal has a good chance against WI this year at home if India don't produce rank turners
If Windies comes with Shamar/Seales/Warrican/Motie and assuming it's all spin friendly, uneven and two-paced I'd reckon there won't be a 300, and of course India would make rank turners.
