I was thinning of the 46/47 Ashes as being potentially worse. I don't think Tongue or Bashir should make the average CC attack let alone a test side. This has to be top 3 at least.
when smith can score the kind of away centuries Pant has done outside of England we can talk. Until then he’s a guy with a good century on featherbed home conditions
