Are my eyes playing tricks on me or do NZ have a 4 match series in Australia at the end of next year?

Good spot. Love that if that’s accurate.

Final test will be in January, then NZ will play 2 more tests in January at home against Sri Lanka, and Australia will play 2 more tests in India in January as part of the start of B/G. Hectic schedule there.

NZ’s last 4 test series was in 1999 in England (their first 4 test series for 15 years), which they won, so they got bumped back down by the Poms.

'Cricket Australia announced its venue schedule on Sunday which included a bonus for Black Caps fans: a four-test series against their toughest rivals beginning in December 2026.
The series was originally pencilled in for three tests but CA confirmed one extra, with Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney the host cities.'

Don't know what this post is about as a 4 test series between Australia and New Zealand in 2026/27 season has been known for over 2 years now?

Skyliner probably thought news moves slowly in Oz. They are usually a bit slow on your side of the Deeetch. Congrats on SOO though.

Anyway, am looking forward to young stars like Rhys Mariu, Mohammed Abbas, Mitch Hay, Zak Foulkes, Will O'Rourke, and Adithya Ashok celebrating our 4-0 win in about 18 months.
