The Most Overrated cricketer in the world is Cameron Green

chris.hinton

International Captain
He's been in and around the Australian team for 3-4 years now and i don't remember him doing much good at all and in England he seems to be completely out of his depth. Yeah the Australians all think that he is the 2nd coming

He doesn't average 40 with the bat in any of the 3 formats, And doesn't seem to do enough with the ball either. And yet is promoted to Number 3 for the World Test final vs South Africa.

Whats your thoughts on him, I know he's only 26 but is he really the future of Australian Cricket

he'll come good, 34 with the bat isn't bad, India's star bat and captain averages 35 and can't even bowl!

I will be sure to bump this thread in the winter when he demolishes England's pop gun attack.

It's inevitable he will put up one monster 150+ score

He’s not overrated by Australians at all. Most of us can see he’s got talent but we’re waiting to see if that translates into test success.

Poor lad suffers with kidney complications?
And a 6'5 frame that's expected to bat in the top order and bowl quick , he's had to overcome a lot of obstacles to be a cricketer so already he's done well for himself.

Can we all forget Green and use this thread instead to discuss what a colossal wanker chrishinton is. I would

I've been saying exactly this for years. He's just not as good as people think he is, and doesn't have enough mental strength.

He's definitely not good enough to have shoved back into the XI after a lay off for a big test match on the back of a few low grade county matches. Let alone to bat 3.

His county form for Gloucester this season contradicts that.
