Jansen - cracking start to his career. 75 wickets @ 21, for a left armer, hes basically as lethal as Akram was in the early stage.

He can also Bat- As Akram could also , average 21. Hes the modern Akram, a taller version(Akram was still 6,2, very tall for a South asian).

Starc was never that lethal early on- only late but never at 21 AVE.
