West Indies A v South Africa A

Kenneth Viljoen

International Regular
Not really an SA A side to be honest if Maphaka , Muthusamy, L.Pretorius, Brevis , Breetzke etc were not there but glad to see some solid domestic pros putting their hands up ..

Beamer

International Vice-Captain
The SA squad is far superior to ours for this A tour. We picked an odd squad for the ODIs, it's more like Windies B at best.

Having said that, I have to say Shaqkere Parris looks really good. Very classy, rotated the strike well in the middle overs. He's one to watch for next year, he had a decent fc tournament as well.

SeamUp

International Coach
If I was putting a 30-man squad together for 50-over world cup now I think only Jason Smith & 1 of Bjorn Fortuin & Nqaba Peter (he has had a tough time recently after getting his international debut) so leaning to Bjorn.

I'm sure West Indies are similar because of IPL & the youngish squad in UK and Ireland.
