Qadir gets really hard done by on the pitches though. Other spinners avged 49.49 on those games, which is ridiculous once you think about it.
Okay let's do a deep dive. The spinners Qadir played with, will put asterisk next to those who out bowled him:

Aus: Greg Mathews* and Tom Hogan
Eng: Geoff Miller*, Eddie Hemmings, Vic Marks*, Wasim Raja (82); Tauseef Ahmed, Phil Edmonds* (87)
Ind: Iqbal Qasim*, Dilip Doshi*, Shivlal Yadav*, Wasim Raja (79); Iqbal Qasim*, Maninder Singh*, Tauseef Ahmed*, Shivlal Yadav*, Ravi Shastri*, Gopal Sharma*, Rizwan-uz-Zaman*, Ijaz Faqih
NZ: Stephen Boock*, Iqbal Qasim* (85); Stephen Boock, Tauseef Ahmed (88)
SL: Tauseef Ahmed*, Jayananda Warnaweera*; Asoka De Silva
WI: Viv Richards, Carl Hooper, Shoaib Mohammad, Ijaz Faqih

He played with some truly shitty spinners, and anyone half decent out bowled him. Especially the two India tours seemed to had been quite spin friendly.

Qasim is better away from home, not denying that. But Qadir is slightly above avg too actually away from home, contrary to perception. And then he's miles better at home.
Also don't think Qadir was miles better at home as well. Qadir was Excellent vs England, Qasim vs WI; both sucked hard vs India decent to others. Qadir is ofcourse better for WPM and such, but not miles imho.
