I want to add a longevity measure in, based on wickets but that isn't actually wickets. That way, if I were to multiply these factors together I wouldn't be just multiplying wickets by wickets (due to WPI being one of the measures), which just feels wrong.

Thanks for the efforts good sir. Donald and Trueman do end up higher than the other 2, which I like.
However I don't think all the factors are equal. If I were to make a formula, I would have era adjusted away and home averages as being much more important than the other 2 factors.

I made this by fitting the points (0,0), (300,.7), (800,1) to a quadratic equation with formula f(x)≈−0.0000021667x2+0.0029833x
My final formula would use the following weights:
Away average ratio 36%
Home average ratio 30%
SR ratio 6%
WPI 13%
Longevity 15%
