What don't you understand about the phrase "on this basis"?
It was you who wanted to know if there was consistency of CW consensus. (see your second post)
I was looking at CW consensus across formats.
If you wanted to know my opinion on Sehwag v Kumble I would simply say this is another ridiculous player comparison. I have consistently refused to compare players with diametrically opposed skill sets.
I apologize.

I didn't realize Kumble's bowling average and WPM were better than that of Ashwin in won matches.

Ashwin in won matches:-
374 wickets @18.99; WPM= 6.131
Kumble in won matches:-
288 wickets @18.75; WPM= 6.698

If Kumble was simply a home matchwinner, I would have given this to Sehwag. But Kumble in the 2000s was just a tremendously impactful overseas bowler.

But Kumble had a hand in both key victories in England, took 44 wickets in 7 tests in Aus on roads to keep India competitive there, and important spells to win series in Pak and WI.

Sehwag needed more consistency in Eng, SA and NZ to make up this.

Sehwag would have needed to be a top 10 bat (maybe 6-7 actually) of his era to match Kumble. I think he is outside that comfortably.

He was consistently crap in those 3 places..... Especially while opening.

The pitches are on the flatter side for half the games, Sehwag won't be half bad here. And let's be real, I will outperform Rohit here.
so far

Perth — unplayable for day 1, easy afterwards
Adeliade — pretty alright, pink ball tho
Brisbane — pretty flat
Melbourne — Flat
Sydney — probably gonna be flat
