Assume these are for modern(ish) ATG level Test teams which will face each other. Which do you think would run best? The side with 4 bowlers, is obviously carrying an extra specialist bat.
I can't do that if I don't know the rest of the batting lineupBTW, in case this wasn't made explicit. Yes, you should consider the impact on batting balance that each of these bowling attacks brings.
The side with Sobers for me, almost certainly will have the best batting of the bunch, so for that reason alone, they might be hard to pick against.
#2 is a bit overpowered compared to the others isn’t it?
Yeah, I forgot that the overall CW concensus consensus is to pick the very best Test bowlers possible for an attack, so grouping #2 's philosophy basically looks to maximize that, and doesn't really lose too much in batting either with Hadlee/Wasim ast 8, 9.Huh? Surely #2 with 4 atg bowlers.
