Assume these are for modern(ish) ATG level Test teams which will face each other. Which do you think would run best? The side with 4 bowlers, is obviously carrying an extra specialist bat.

BTW, in case this wasn't made explicit. Yes, you should consider the impact on batting balance that each of these bowling attacks brings.

The side with Sobers for me, almost certainly will have the best batting of the bunch, so for that reason alone, they might be hard to pick against.

I can't do that if I don't know the rest of the batting lineup

Sobers wasn't much of a spinner though, tbf. He couldn't use his more useful wrist spin for a large chunk of his career, and his pace bowling was better anyway.

Second one. It has two bowlers who can bowl marathon spells, and another two who can stir up batsmen. That mean you can pack the side with 6 specialist bats and a keeper bat.
