ATG all rounder vs great bowler
Source : Zaheer E. ClarkeI voted Kumble. A far better bowler in my opinion. Never got to bowl on anything like the number of sandpits Jadeja has, and largely played against a generation of far better batters than Jadeja has.

Would that not at least partially be because there are less 8,9,10 jack bunny rabbits. I know England had plenty in the 90s and early 00s? I definitely think that batting was better in the 90s and 00s globally and that the last few years has been considerably poorer although much of this is down to often loaded pitches, cf India over the last few years when Kohli and others have been seriously off the boil.Source : Zaheer E. The average batting averages in Jadeja's era is actually higher than in Kumble's era
India didn't win a single test match outside Asia in the 90's, do you think Kumble being the lead spinner should have done better ?Would that not at least partially be because there are less 8,9,10 jack bunny rabbits. Kumble had much poorer bowling support by and large though, also has a much bigger sample of overseas tests. Thus far less hiding place in general.India didn't win a single test match outside Asia in the 90's, do you think Kumble being the lead spinner should have done better ?
One of your arguments is that Jadeja relied on sandpits to get his better bowling record but Jadeja has a better away average than Kumble aswell .
That was very largely down to India being useless with the bat abroad, Tendulkar and Dravid aside and of course Dravid didn't arrive until circa 96. So Kumble often never had that many runs to play with, let alone having to bowl at a vastly superior Australian/South African/Sri Lankan batting lineups for three, compared to their current equivalents.India didn't win a single test match outside Asia in the 90's, do you think Kumble being the lead spinner should have done better ?

That isn't really Jadeja's era. Ends in 2015.Source : Zaheer E. Clarke

Yeah the first half of that decade was absurdly batting friendly. That isn't really Jadeja's era. Ends in 2015.
2 series wins in Australia???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Kumble but Jadeja can surpass him if he wins something overseas rather than just putting good averages.
yeah no better proof that he is great.Jadeja simply doesn't feel like a great cricketer. There, I said it.
There were 7-8 guys making contributions in that win.2 series wins in Australia???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Is there any overseas series win which Kumble won single handedly ?There were 7-8 guys making contributions in that win.
