Starc's pre-lunch bowling was genuinely pretty good, but this is a shocking over TSTL. Gonna bowl himself out of the side.

Anyway, time for Crawley to do his usual innings:

1) A few nice shots early on (probably cover drives).
2) Scoring rate slows.
3) 3-4 horrible play and misses.
4) Temporary regaining of composure.
5) Out.
Ok we are now comfortably into stage 1.

He's bowling balls on a length where it has to swing to pose any threat, but bowling with a scrambled seam so it can't swing. Just wtf

Why don't we go over the wicket to Duckett? Get him playing at the ball going across him.

EDIT: Ponting agrees with me

IMHO the main difference between Eng & Aus is in their top 3. England's openers racing (bazball or not) towards a fifty stand is a nice bonus for England.

You think someone is a bit like McGrath and then they show clips of McGrath and you remember how much better he was than the imitators.
Haha yeah I always think these sorts of things are just a backhanded way of saying "For a better version of this, please see..."
