Whatever it takes!!!
That was bad from Chahar but brilliant from Dhawan. Gotta have multiple comeback ball options than just the knuckle ball again and again when you are hit. The yorkers he tried in the last two balls were better responses.

But Dhawan showed his experience there. Taking the initiative knowing it might get tough later on.

MSD should have ideally gotten out in the 16th over coz 150 seems par here. Its fine to come in to avoid the collapse but should have somehow hit out or gotten out in the 16th over. I suppose its easy to say and we have seen from the 2014 WT20 final that even a Yuvi who was still only in his early 30s then, it can be very easy to players to just get stuck without even being able to get out in T20s.

But CSK have bottled it when making above par scores batting first. Not when they have made below par or par scores so far. So lets see.

Moeen has trouble bowling well outside off to lefties huh? Can see why it can be a weakness in LO cricket, esp. low scoring T20s.

lol guy who gets back to his crease fastest vs the guy who takes the bails off fastest
That ball turned quite a bit, which is what MSD indicated to Jaddu straight after the appeal. A little fuller or little less turn, Pant was a goner.

Also, that is a good example of why the new rule is far better. By the old rule, he would have been out even though he had made his ground and the bat only went up to the air after he had grounded it behind the crease.

They say he bowls fast medium. Why tf was he not bowling today? And if he is really the like for like for Stoinis why did he not play ahead of Lalit Yadav earlier?
