Ashes to be shown in HD on GEM as Nine deals with sport logjam

Michael Slater, Mark Taylor, Shane Warne, Brett Lee and Ian Healy will travel to England for Nine, which has also signed English duo Michael Vaughan and David Lloyd to be part of its team. It means Nine will be able to replicate its coverage structure from home series, with long introductions to match coverage and analysis during the breaks.
no wonder the sixth mass extinction is starting

Went with Slater-Taylor. They opened the batting together 140 years ago so they're a great commentary combination.

Brad McNamara.

I was given to understand that the budget did stretch to cover a couple of pork pies and a party seven

I bet Taylor and Slater were so annoyed having to sit at the studio so late last tour only providing commentary bits when they refused to hand over to sky comms after a Lunch or tea break.

At least there's one small victory in no James Brayshaw.
