That was such a terrible shot to get out to on the first morning of a Test by a bat who is picked to occupy time.

Did someone really say this is the 'worst new ball partnership to tour Australia ever'? Bit harsh if so. Really don't think the SL seamers are that bad. They are better than the Indians/Bangladeshis

Chappell "Kulasekara will swing the ball into the left handers"

No. He's an inswing bowler and will swing it away from the left handers.
If you're in the CH9 box, and it happens outside Australia, you're not aware of it. In fact it's akin to the old tree falling in the woods scenario. If Chappelli and friends didn't see it, did it really happen?

Cowan obviously thinking he's KP batting out his crease like that. Yeah, bowling isn't quick but this is the first session.

He was doing the same against SA. Its nothing personal against the little Sri Lankans.

If we disregard the no-balls, they've bowled decent so far. Spikey's bro Spark mentioned it before about Hughes moving across his stumps a lot, that flick down to fine leg would have hit middle to off stump, he wouldn't want to miss one of those.

Sad but true. Could probably say the same about most commentators around the world though.
