You can't judge Afridi's bowling based solely on stats. If you watch him bowl you'll always see him keeping the batsmen on their toes. This in turn causes batsmen to lash out against other spinners and get out playing silly shots.
That said I'll pick Yuvraj right now. India have come to depend on him to give them a decent inning match after match. Pakistan has never been able to depend on Afridi in ODIs. I'll take the bearded Pathan in T20s every time though.

It depends what the balance of the team is like, but probably Afridi. His bowling isn't as good as Yuvraj's batting, but his batting's well ahead of Yuvraj's bowling so I give it to him on balance. Can win a game with both bat and ball; Yuvraj can only win one with the bat.
