As an aside, anyone else think Symonds should at least get a stern talking to for saying "Nah, bull****" when he got the umpire's reply to his question about an early LBW shout? The match referee really shouldn't let that one slide - particularly when it was caught by the microphones.

Norwood's on Fire
Hah, that's harsh. A typical Hussey innings, to me, is one where as a fan of the opposing team you decide to take the dog for a walk after he's faced three balls because you're certain he won't give the slightest chance.
Completely agree. You get all excited as the wickets fall, then after the 4th has fallen (i think he was at six today?) you realise, that's it.

I thought it was a possibility. I commented at the time that it'd be more trouble if he'd said it to the international umpire and not Harper. That said, he's a Queenslander at the Gabba, the infants use more obscenity.

Gotta love Hussey for his post-match comments. I usually hate all Aussies, but I love Hussey for some reason, great interview.

Bracken`s ODI average falls under 20 again. His next match will be his 50th. Gunnest bloke.

Hussey is the next Chuck Norris

Whilst Fighting with Wolverine, Micheal Hussey had his right testicle sliced off with such force, it flew into outer space. That Testicle is now known as Jupiter

Oram is 198cm or 6ft 6. Trimblett is 6ft 7 according to Cricinfo. Fulton's nickname is 2 metre Peter so he might be close
Fulton isn't quite 2 metres - according to a New Zealand Cricket Publication he is shorter than Oram who hovers around the 198cm/2 metre area (seems to change quite often between the 2). Why don't we just line them all up and work it out that way.

yeah i was a little surprised how well that came through on Ch9. Im doubting anything will come of it. The worst part ofcourse is that a young kid who has seen it might copy him if he gets a decision he doesn't like and think he shouldn't get punished for it.

I thought Anderson bowled really well last night, hes been improving in form in the last few games, he looks like he needs an early wicket to get him going though - it was amazing how much more dangerous he looked last night after he got his first wicket.

Yeah, his ball that he got White with was one of the balls of the summer I reckon. Not much comment on the Hussey non-dismisal from you Aussies I've noticed. England probably would have won that game if Hussey was given out or walked when he nicked one on 19. He would have known he had hit it so could have walked but chose not to. I guess he would have known they would lose if he walked so I don't really blame him. I blame administrators for not allowing umpires the use of technology like Snicko and Heat-seeker.
