I actually know someone who went to the game in Newcastle just because Johns was playing. In fact, I think a lot of the people who went to the Newcastle game would have done so because of Johns. Possibly not so much the Sydney game, but I'm sure there would have been some..

There were plenty of Knights jerseys there... the biggest cheers of the night went to John's first run i would say.

That said i would think if NSW had a few internationals playing it would have had more effect, would probably have been better for NSW in the game to have Clarke or Bracken there. I was very dissapointed that Haddin wasn't playing too

White and Harwood both turned out for Victoria, and White will probably play on Friday.
