He's been good at saving BPs. Stakhovsky plays pretty well on the grass. He's a better hard courter though.

Good angle shot from Rog at 30-0 1-2. (2nd set)

EDIT : Nice deep volley. This is the reason I love attacking Grass court tennis.

whats up with this BS rule where even the soles of your shoes have to be WHITE at Wimbledon. Having a dress code isn't too bad but having a STRICT as **** dress code is BS

If I were one of the TOP players, I wouldn't play in such a tournament. Just BS limitations. You know different colours bestow different benefits.

Federer going to escape a real scare here I reckon. Been a mad day, him losing would be cherry on top of the cake.

May as well have the blokes final now between Murray and Novak.

I suppose this was going to happen eventually to Federer but it still comes as a shock when it does. Kudos to the bloke who beat him. Roger needs to seriously consider pulling the pin. That record of 36 straight quarters won't be beaten on the men's game you'd reckon.

    Ferrer-Stakhovsky final, surely.

Yeah, it's an incredible stat. Got to 21 consecutive semis at one point in his career too. Djocovick has got to 12 consecutive semi's, dating back to Wimbledon 2010, and I guess at the moment he'd be the prime candidate to break that Federer record. World class player without the injury record of a Nadal.
