Extremely surprised to be picked in the squad. Glad that the selectors see something in me, and the 'A' Tour to the Carribean definately was helpful. Don`t expect to be getting a lot of bowling time, but just participating in the squad is a huge opportunity. I could bowl to Lara! That just seems ridiculous. Well done to all those selected, we`re very capable of a big series win.

Can`t wait.

Good to se my name in both squads im very happy with that. Surprised about a lot of selections, with neil resting and no camps in the test team could be a great time for people to step up.

i think this tour will do alot of good for cricket in CW.it gives some oyoung players a chance to prove themseelves, and learn waht international cricket is all about

I'm also surprised at some of the selections but certainly not the fact that I'm missing out - while I would rather be fighting for a regular first-team selection than a fringe selection, I respect the fact that I've not been in top form lately. However some of the other selections do make me wonder if this is really a case of CWXI putting forth the best team or if we're resting one too many players.

Still, I'm sure there are reasons and I'm guessing it's something to do with establishing a wider player base at an international level in preparation for the World Cup.
