If we ever run into a situation where the Test squad is overseas and a T20 is organised at the same time again, Wells would be a decent chance.

Overall I would say he is a chance anyway. Ashton Turner and Ben Mcdermott do not fill me with confidence.

Certainly not convinced with the chat around Turner. He's looked like a mediocre player almost every time I've seen him.

I suspect the reason why Stanlake doesn't quite get the unplayable lift you'd associate with his height is because most of the extra height is in his head and neck.
