Sachin Tendulkar

Australia honours Tendulkar

Lara, Lloyd and Sobers the others to receive this on previous occasions.

WAFG etc. No idea what makes one eligible for this award and what he's done for Australia to receive this though. Is the Magic Bus organisation funded by him or something?

Hope he does well and bows out graciously whenever he does decide to call it quits.

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

No doubt the Indian cricket fraternity will complain the medal isn't big enough or something similar.

If medal is too big then they will complain that it is deliberate attempt to make fun of his height.

But yes, it's a farce that Sobers and Lloyd received higher honors than him.

Should have given him nothing. Sobers and Lloyd were at least good to watch, entertained and gave of themselves to the public. mind you, Lara acted like a douche out here too, so I suppose there's a precedent.

Thank god she didn't embarrass herself trying to bowl like Howard did in Afghanistan a few years ago.
