For the .1 or .2 or .3 reselections it would probably be reasonable.

I think you should tbh. It wouldn't be much more effort than the 12-hour time limit in the regular draft.

Alright, would 24 hours for the original selections and 12 hours for the repicks be good? Or maybe 12 hours across the board

See what the Africans/Indians/Sri Lankans/WIs think. There is a big time differential between the various continents (obviously, Earth happens to be a planet).
