The thing that the ICC need to look at more to spread cricket around the world is introduce the "My dad could eat your dad" argument. Then we'll see who would take it out between PNG and England. Hands down.

I don't know why you have to force side to use spin. If anything, bad spin bowlers are a plague on the game at the moment and you want to do everything you can to get rid of them. We need rules to promote the use of class bowlers. Maybe extra overs for taking wickets or something.
