Sajid Mahmood

He's absolutely horrific, one of the worst specialist bowlers ever to put an England shirt on, if not the worst.. Makes me think they have some sort of ugliness quota operating too..

Worse than Harmison? At least Mahmood volunteers to put an ODI shirt on...

That really isn't a good thing..........
Harmison gets homesick, then sick of ODI's, then mysteriously sick, and the management have to treat him royally. None of this for Mahmood, who'll turn up when needed, all the time.

IMO he gets none of those 3 - he just isn't very good...

And being crap is a good way to look like you don't give a ****.

Quite apart from the fact that you remove Zimbabwe and it becomes 4.59 at 25.18, those stats are NOT reprisentative. He played just 8 games, a good deal of which were on very seam-friendly decks, and did absolutely nothing bar take 6-5 in one game a week before the next ODI assignment to merit selection. He'd been a poor county bowler for 10 years.

I think it's scary that he actualy wouldn't get into a full strength Lancashire side on merit, and we haven't won a championship for 70 years.

I don't really see him getting much better.

Are you trying to suggest that Saj is better than Shane Warne?
