Well, its the ICC, so I can actually believe it. I would like to know which countries voted for their inclusion, and which did not.

Crazy, but i read that they had to reach certain targets before they were reinstated, including playing first class games against other countries, when they capitulate in these games how can they reach those targets?

Yep, don't forget nothing untoward has ever happened to Zimbabwe, and Bangladesh are a shining beacon of how the ICC's globalisation drive is bringing quality to test match cricket
