Flintoff was given an A. The conclusion was the lack of a great batsman, something that having Flintoff does not change.Langeveldt said:Think you could name a superstar for England, Flintoff?
De Villiers would get a C/B in my book, Ntini an A, Prince a D.. You have quite a pessimistic view, I think our decline will only be related to test match cricket, but we'll have to see what happens..
5 years ago, No doubt. But now he is a very good player rather than the attack destroying genius he was.benchmark00 said:Gilchrist is the best wicket-keeper/batsman of all time, thus is an A.
Exceptional player but only played 11 tests and is essentially unproven. If he was an A (which I am using to mean the best in the world) dont you think he may have been given more opportunities.pasag said:Hussey only a B?

I'm sure some people out there thought that was funny. Finding them would be like looking for a needle in a haystack though.Jamee999 said:CW Forum

Because he hasn't played one day cricket in over a year for Australia but is still in contention for a place.Xuhaib said:Why?
Yeah maybe, but I think Jaques has done a bit more to show he could be a real class act. Dominating several seasons in FC cricket in Australia and England etc. Clarke has just shown the odd bit of brilliance, along with being consistently good in ODIs.benchmark00 said:If Jaques is a potential A then so is Clarke IMO.
