I've got my man!...Well not exactly the man I was after, but he'll do for the time being. Not far off the same standard of bowler as Bridges M, and with a batting option as well. A bit pricey at £3.75M, but figured he was worth it with his secondaries and fielding. Plan to train him up to Sup bat, and maybe Qual bowl. With wages of £6.2K, would I be right in thinking he's already a bit of the way up Strong in one, other or both of his primaries? £6.2K -Comp Stam, £60 -Prof Conc, £250 -Strong Cons, £500 -Resp Field, 150, -£250 Basic Wage =£5.75K'ish

You seem to be a bit out with your figures there trev.

Wage range for those skills I make to be £4110-£7030.

Has a fairly middling BTR tho, so it's probable that the primaries are higher than you'd expect from that while the secondaries are fairly low. But I'm not as accurate with BTRs when the form is a bit dodgy. So that's less reliable a measure.

How far do you reckon this guy is from popping? His BTR seems high compared to his wage, though I'm no expert so I thought I'd see. Has had 2 weeks on two batting nets.

Well they won't pop in batting for at least another 2 weeks (if it only took 2 weeks I'd be surprised, most likely 3-4 weeks) as their wage means they were at best mid-respectable when they were pulled, their BTR could go as high as 13000 with those skills and form - the consistency makes it impossible to get a clearer picture.

So glad you got him before our match Trev, would have hated it to have a crappy bowler that my guys could actually score off.

It's a mark of respect to you! One bowler or not, your spin rating matches my top order and well trumps my middle, so I needed to strengthen to feel at all safe against you.

Gunning it right now against the whipping boys of the league.

End of Over 28: 182-2, runrate=6.50
Easton 4-0-41-0
Beaumont* 50 (44 balls)
Hocking 109 (94 balls)
About time Hocking got some runs, amazing that Beaumont is scoring at a decent SR.

Dr_Brads team, bowling

Last Wicket: Nightingale b. Watt 38 (FOW: 107/4)

Going alright, need these guys to pick up the scoring though, will need about 320 to feel safe, they've got a few batsmen, one especially, that can take the game away from me with only 280-300.

End of Over 31: 156-0, runrate=5.03

Edged... and out! Harrison could quite happily catch those all day. A most straight forward dismissal.
ffs, out for 89, makes his last 4 innings 89, 91, 87, 88*.

Fire him, i say.

Code:
End of Over 35: 235-2, runrate=6.71
Easton	6-0-55-0
Hocking*	141 (114 balls)
Beaumont	70 (66 balls)
Last Wicket: Hiller b. Burdett 22 (FOW: 66/2)
I doubt Beaumont will make 100, and i have a feeling Hocking will make a double.

Slog overs starting, Hocking only needing 42 for the double, assuming he gets 30 balls, he needs to score at 140, he is scoring at 12 now, pressure is on. Though he will probably get out to some trash bowler.

And that's a century for Dylan! Well played indeed Sir!
Finally, after 123 balls. Hopefully he can get his second wind.
