Remix by The Call (Pakistani band) for WC 2011

A recent remix of the 1992 WC song by The Call. The Call is generally known for the use of excellent guitaring in their music.

Does a good job.

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

That's a class remix of the original. Maybe the ICC should have used this as the theme song, it's way better than de ghamma.

Arif Lohar was best suited for WC theme song, his voice is awesome. Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy combo is overrated, except Dil Chahta Hai they failed to impress me. Dunno what happens even A R Rehmaan's WCG Theme song was pathetic. Also organizers should keep in mind Hindi-Urdu speakers in Sub Continent are max 30% of population. Bengalis have more or less same population and so many regional languages in South. English version is fair to everyone.

Munni or Sheila should have been part of the World Cup song.
